A British Hand Knitting Confederation Pattern for a matinee coat, bonnet, bootees and mittens in DK yarn. Suitable for premature babies to 6 months.
Needles: 4mm (UK8, US6) and 3.25mm (UK10, US3) plus a stitch holder.
Number of 50g balls of DK yarn:
Premature 12 inch chest: Coat 2, Hat 2, Boottes 2, Mittens 2.
Premature 14 inch chest to 3 months: Coat 3, Hat 3, Bootees 3, Mittens 3.
3 to 6 months: Coat 5, Hat 5, Bootees 5, Mittens 5.
